That number crafting earned him multiple sales awards at CWB National Leasing in his 10-plus years with the company. His outgoing personality and drive is the fuel to his award-winning approach, but his service promises and knack for tailoring leases don’t hurt either.

When he’s not providing equipment leasing solutions to Western Canadians, you’ll find Dean kicking around outdoors. He loves fishing, camping and wake surfing. In the winter, you'll find him snowmobiling and skiing.

Annually, Dean donates to the Victory Rider’s Association Calgary Chapter and its fundraiser to support different charities each year.
